Deviant Art
Definately not just for deviants, this site is a great showcase of different digital artwork.

This site showcases a huge amount of great (and often entertaining) photo-manipulation examples.
Flashkit
An excellent resource for free audio files (loops and sound effects), and flash resource files.
Gomediazine
This site offers a range of cool tutorials. I especially like their Illustrator tutorials for creating vector patterns etc.
Tutorialized
Provides a range of good tutorials for Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
Gotoandlearn
Gotoandlearn provides a range of great Flash tutorials and resource files, focusing on actionscript.
